We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

Items must be unused (other than trying them on to check the fit) and unwashed.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain products like pierced jewelry, pasties, swimwear, or other marked items are not eligible for return.

All original tags must remain attached to the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item being sent. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item reaches us safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as refunds can only be processed for items we successfully receive.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the return does not meet our policy terms.
How to Return an Item

If your request is eligible and within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Please include this number on your return package.

Securely pack the item (preferably in its original packaging) and send it to our return address.

If applicable, email us the tracking details at artisanosa6@gmail.com with the subject line "Return."

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund for the product price will be processed using the original payment method.
How to Exchange an Item

Contact us at artisanosa6@gmail.com with the reason for the exchange and the product you’d like to receive instead.

If the item qualifies and the request is made within 30 days, we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Please include this number on your return package.

Securely pack the item (preferably in its original packaging) and send it to our return address.

If applicable, provide us with the tracking number at artisanosa6@gmail.com with the subject "Exchange."

Once we receive and verify the item’s condition, we will promptly send your replacement.

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays.

Returned parcels due to non-acceptance, unpaid duties, or other buyer-related reasons will incur additional charges for re-delivery or a free restocking fee, plus any applicable forwarding costs, taxes, and fees.
